Matt joined Sterling in 1997 and now serves as asset manager for over 3 million square feet of office properties in the West, Midwest and Southeast regions.

Matt led the re-branding efforts of several successfully repositioned assets that Sterling has since sold. Prior to joining Sterling, Matt served as a commercial real estate broker for 10 years, specializing in landlord representation. Mr. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Maryville University.
