Anthony Sferrazza joined Sterling in 1996 and now serves as Finance Director, responsible for new originations and refinancing of Fund assets with direct responsibility for liaising with lending institutions. Prior to Sterling, he was involved in fund accounting for privately placed investments. Mr. Sferrazza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University.
