Controller
Daniel G. Rosenberg joined Sterling in 2002 as Controller for Sterling Equities and Sterling American Property, responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions for the Funds. Mr. Rosenberg has over 30 years public accounting experience and over 10 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Rosenberg was a partner in a regional accounting firm that specialized in real estate and was an industry specialist with one of the Big 4 accounting firms. In addition, he has been a Chief Financial Officer in the public and non-profit sectors.  Mr. Rosenberg is a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney.  He holds a law degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Bernard M. Baruch School of Business and Public Administration of the City College of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is the Chairperson of the NYSSCPA Real Estate Committee.
