| Ms. Lobel-Esrig joined Sterling Equities in 2008 and is currently Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Sterling Equities, Ms. Lobel-Esrig was an Associate at a major New York firm as well as a boutique land use and zoning firm. Since graduating from law school, she has practiced as a real estate attorney. Her experience includes representing owners, developers, and lenders. Ms. Lobel-Esrig has been involved in acquisitions, dispositions and financings of numerous commercial and multi-family properties throughout the United States. In addition, she has handled a variety of land use and zoning matters. She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law where she was an editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics. She received her B.A. degree Magna Cum Laude from Columbia College, Columbia University where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa. |
